Whether we are working on a small project or a comprehensive program, we address each engagement with a strong emphasis on three elements:
- Clarity -- Developing a clear, written statement of the client's view of the situation, the issues and objectives;
- Perspective -- Placing the client's views within a broader context by listening to the views of key players in and out of the organization, observing the company in action and building on current and prior research and consulting expertise.
- Action -- Getting solid agreement with the client on what the critical issues are that we are to address and then developing the action plan.
