Jim Sheppard advises clients on evaluation of business operations and implementation of successful strategies to strengthen financial position and support growth. His expertise includes financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, due diligence, IPO’s, acquisitions, SEC filings, taxes, operational improvements, financing, technology, legal, investor/lender relationships, and risk management. Prior to Beechwood, he was  a senior finance and operations executive holding positions with public and private companies, as well as start-ups in a wide variety of industries, including retailing, manufacturing, food and beverage service, consumer products and hospitality. 

 

He is currently an adjunct professor in the Entrepreneurial Studies program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
